Everyone is under one roof, so the day flows naturally — a working session in the great room, coffee on the terrace, a break-out group by the pool, dinner all together at one long table.

Our villas are built around large, open living and dining spaces that double as your main working area, with terraces, rooftops and poolside spots for break-out groups. It's an offsite in the truest sense — a real change of scenery from the office. Fast, reliable wifi is what teams expect for working days; we'll confirm the exact setup and speeds at your villa before you book.
A private chef
Breakfast before the first session, lunch that doesn't eat an hour of travel time, and a proper team dinner at night — all in the villa, tailored to your group's preferences and dietary needs. Catering for larger dinners or a welcome reception can be arranged too.
Transportation
Airport pickups and drop-offs, and transport for the group during the stay — so nobody is coordinating rides or renting cars.
Team activities
When it's time to step away from the whiteboard, we line up the good stuff: a private yacht afternoon, sport-fishing charters, a round of golf, or guided tours. It's the part of the offsite people talk about for months.
Local tip
Book one anchor group activity — a sunset yacht cruise or a team dinner off-site — for the first evening. It breaks the ice before the working sessions start, and the rest of the retreat runs warmer for it. Tell us your arrival time and we'll slot it in.
Which villa for your group?
