Is there a minimum stay?
Minimum nights vary by property and season. The exact minimum is shown when you select your dates.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged through our concierge, subject to availability.
What is included in my stay?
Every Coco Bay home includes professional housekeeping and access to our concierge team. Extras like a private chef, transportation and spa can be added on request.
Can I add services like a private chef or transportation?
Yes. Our concierge can arrange private chef and bar service, airport transportation, massage and spa, yacht rentals and more. Just ask us when you book.
What is the cancellation policy?

How many guests can each home host?
Capacity is listed on each property. For large groups, Casa Hacienda hosts up to 20 guests.
